Stuck for Ideas? Get Out and Run

Move your body, everybody

Many of the most interesting ideas I’ve had came to me while moving my body. I find that writing and project ideas move from my subconscious to the conscious mind while I’m running. The idea for a book, for example, magically emerged while sprinting.

There’s a scientific explanation for this.

And a book I want to read about the topic, too.

If I feel stuck, the best advice I can give myself is to get out and run.
